Allana played for Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013 and then sustained a series of injuries to her knees, which made Allana to retire from the field. Allana returned to playing cricket after some time. Allana played her first women's soccer match in 2015 and was a star in the game for New South Wales when they played Queensland.
